Welcome to Chad AI ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Chad AI mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Chad AI provides AI-assisted conversational mentoring and coaching regarding interpersonal dynamics, dating situations, and communication. It is intended for entertainment, educational, and coaching purposes only. Chad AI does NOT provide licensed psychological counseling, therapy, medical treatment, or legal advice.
Chad AI offers session-based chat access via Apple In-App Purchases. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation. Chat session balances (such as 30-minute or 1-hour sessions) are tracked during active chat interactions. Refunds and cancellations are governed by Apple's standard App Store policies.
You agree not to use Chad AI for any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or abusive activities. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or model weights of the application.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chad AI and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application or decisions made based on conversational output.
